Enrollment Checklist

There are various enrollment options available for all students regardless of their age.  Prospective students must provide the following documentation for enrollment.

Original Birth Certificate
Current Immunization & Health/Physical records
Report card or transcripts from the previous school
Withdrawal Form
Parent’s State ID
Scholarship Award letter (if applicable)

 We currently accept Step-Up for Students, McKay Scholarship Program, FES-UA Scholarship Works (Gardiner), and the Family Empowerment Scholarship.

 Yes. Title I funds support us is providing educational assistance to ensure that all children meet challenging state academic content and student achievement standards.

Yes, school uniforms are required for all students in grades K-12.  Pre-K students may wear uniforms, but it is not mandatory. Click here to access our School Uniform Policy.

Uniforms can be purchased from Uniform Outfitters.

At the moment, lunch is not provided. We encourage students to bring a packed lunch.

Yes, at our Tiger Town, we offer both Before-School and After-School care Monday to Friday. 

  • The fee is $4.25 per hour and discounts are available if registering more than 1 student (2nd or 3rd siblings, etc.)
  • Before-School care is from 7:00 am to 8:00 am.
  • After-School care runs from the end of the school day to 6:00 pm.

We strive to keep a small school feel. The average Student to Teacher ratio is 15:1.
